A happy "Mulard" Duck ; it's the name of this noble duck that we breed in our farm, following traditional methods ; Emerging from a father called Barbarie and a mother called Rouen, it grows in natural plains and only eats wheat, barley and corn of the farm.

It'll be traditionally force-feeded during 18 days by ourselves and will give us finally some delight named Foie gras.

 

 

All our products , Foies gras, Rillettes, Pâtés, Magrets, Cooked Ducks,... are coming from ducks breeded in our farm, force-feeded by us, and traditionally cooked in the farm.
